Instructions:

The registration form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Using a PC/Mac is best.
Please select the correct registration fee based on your child's grade. If you have more than one child registering, you will need to complete a separate Membership Registration Form for each child.

Membership Information:

Registration fee: $45 for K-3rd girls (includes new dress for 2026-27); $10 boys K-3rd grades; $50 for 4th-12th grades

Annual tuition fee: $240 for K-3rd grades; $380 for 4th-12th grades (semester tuition is 1/2)
Uniform fee: Varies per ensemble and size, but we try very hard to keep costs reasonable. We also keep an inventory of used uniforms we offer at a discounted price, while available.
Alteration fee: Varies per uniform and what needs altering, but we try very hard to keep costs reasonable.
Concert meals (optional): Boxed meal and pizza, but you are welcome to bring your own meals

Financial Assistance Program
HCCC offers a financial assistance program for up to 100% of tuition and uniform fees to allow all to participate. There is an opportunity to express interest on the membership registration form.

Volunteering

Not just a drop-off activity, HCCC encourages parents/guardians to get involved! There are a variety of volunteer opportunities to explore that will fit your interests and availability.

Month of Giving
The Hancock County Children's Choir conducts one annual fundraising campaign each fall, from mid-October through mid-November. Participation in the Month of Giving campaign is an important part of choir membership. Since tuition covers only about 25% of program expenses, each family is expected to raise a minimum of $100. We are committed to helping every family succeed by providing fundraising materials, ideas, and ongoing support throughout the campaign.

HCCC exists because of the involvement of member families. In order to keep our tuition fees as low as possible, membership requires parents/guardians to volunteer their time. There are a variety of opportunities that can accommodate any family. Please check all that are of interest, and HCCC's volunteer coordinator will contact you. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents.

HCCC leadership desires for all children to participate in the choir regardless of ability to pay. If you feel you need financial assistance to participate, please provide your information below.
