Welcome to HCCC!

Please select the correct registration fee based on your child's grade. If you have more than one child registering, you will need to complete a separate Membership Registration Form for each child.

For your information, the total cost of membership per student is as follows:

Registration fee: $45 for K-3rd girls (includes new dress for 2025-26)/$10 boys K-3rd grades; $50 for 4th-12th grades

Annual tuition fee: $200 for K-3rd grades; $320 for 4th-12th grades (semester tuition is 1/2)
Uniform fee: Varies per ensemble and size, but we try very hard to keep costs reasonable. We also keep an inventory of used uniforms we offer at a discounted price, while available.
Alteration fee: Varies per uniform and what needs altering, but we try very hard to keep costs reasonable.
Concert meals (optional): Boxed meal and pizza, but you are welcome to bring your own meals

Financial Assistance Program
HCCC offers a "no questions asked" financial assistance program for up to 100% of tuition and uniform fees to allow all to participate. There is an opportunity to express interest on the membership registration form.

Month of Giving Fundraiser Participation

HCCC holds one fundraiser per year from mid-October through mid-November. Tuition only covers 25% of the cost of programming, so we ask members to raise a minimum of $100.

HCCC exists because of the involvement of member families. In order to keep our tuition fees as low as possible, membership requires parents/guardians to volunteer their time. There are a variety of opportunities that can accommodate any family. Please check all that are of interest, and HCCC's volunteer coordinator will contact you. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents.

HCCC leadership desires for all children to participate in the choir regardless of ability to pay. If you feel you need financial assistance to participate, please provide your information below.
